窗外往事

不晓曾何几时,坐在巴士靠窗的座位已经成了我回想往事的习惯了。看着窗外一幕幕的景色一闪一闪地过去,脑海里的往事犹如电影般的那样,一闪一闪地播映。乘坐在巴士,似乎就像坐上了时光机,通往时光隧道。为了不让噪音干扰我的思绪,我会戴上耳机,听着柔和的音乐。柔和的音乐伴随着回想往事的心情,心情难免感触良多。有时甚至回想到那些已经失去联络的朋友们,心中更是难安下情绪,泪水偷偷地留下。往事,时间的衡量、无价的珍贵,却是那么的动人。

巴士到了总站,就像回忆的往事到了暂时的终点。往事成了永恒不变的故事,昔日成了永恒不变的拍摄现场。对朋友的不舍与牵挂,往往占居了我大部分的往事。往事,有些是感伤,有些则是快乐。林林总总的往事不禁让人回想时,感到哭笑不得。

每天乘搭巴士上课、下课,往事不断在脑海里重现。我,似乎又看到昔日的一景一物了……

Our journey of memories

Last Monday, Hao Wei, Sun Jie and I returned back to our alma mater, Siglap Secondary School, to collect our Testimonial and the 'O' Level Certificate.

Upon reaching there, we felt that we were back to secondary school for English, Mathematics and Science. On that moment, I felt that from secondary 1 to 4, together with the Graduation, just happened the day before. We met Miss Teri Lim, my former Co-form teacher,

While waiting for the Testimonials and the Certificate to be collected in the General Office, we went to second floor and have a seat, also to view the scenario once again. On the second floor, we met Madam Ong, my former Chemistry teacher. Bumping into Madam Ong, made me recall back of the Periodic table, chemical formulae and so on. But now, majority of the knowledge about Chemistry seemed to have erased off.

We sat on the benches and chatted about the days that we were in the Siglap. I still could remember that Sun Jie and I often bickered when see each other. In the meantime, I took several pictures to keep the memorable moments of that time. Also, we saw several Uniform Groups having their camps. We also saw rows and rows of tables and chairs lining up in the hall for examinations. This senarios really brought us back to our 'N' Level times.

After much laughter and tears, and photo-taking, we returned to the General Office for the collection of the stuff. Sad to say that our Testimonals (for Normal Academic) is not ready yet. But, glad to say too, that my 'O' Level Certificate is ready! Holding on to the Certificate, again, recalled back to times when I took the 'O' Level Chinese Language Paper.
