评语的内容

中学生活就快暂时告一个段落了。老师们随后也为我们写了密密麻麻的毕业书。相信许多学生都会为老师对自己给了什么样的评语而感到期待吧……

下列就是老师给我的评语：

Always respectful and well-mannered, Adrian is a loyal and dependable friend who will go the extra mile to help a friend in need.

As a team player and a leader, he is full of initiative, often going beyond his role to render assistance to his group mates. A diligent and meticulous worker who sets high standards for himself, Adrian takes great pride in his work and does not give up easily when faced with difficulties. Adrian is an intensive individual with an enquiring mind and he actively engages in his areas of interest. He demonstrates the capacity for analytical thinking and is always eager to seize opportunities for improvement. A highly motivated learner who sets clear goals and targets and works relentlessly towards achieving them, he demonstrates self-reliance and resourcefulness when he has a goal in mind to accomplish.

Adrian has been passionate about his duties as a student editor and leader of the Siglap Chinese Editorial Group. He has proven himself to be competent as a student editor and has demonstrated the ability to communicate and express his thoughts and views well. He was also a member of the Art and Craft Club, the Health and Fitness Club and was appointed the Vice-Chairman of the Library Council in 2006. As a member of the Class Committee, Adrian has shown that he is able to perform his duties with care and thoroughness, often keeping in mind the consequences of his actions before making decisions. Adrian's willingness to serve and to take on new responsibilities has provided him with opportunities to develop his confidence and his leadership skills. Adrian has displayed his compassion for the community by participating in fundraising activities for the Singapore Cancer Society and the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association.

At the school level, Adrian has demonstrated his caring nature through his participation in numerous school events such as the Racial Harmony Day which had helped raised funds for the Cerebral Palsy Association of Singapore, and the Mid-Autumn Festival in which he helped in the setting up of the class stall. Through such opportunities, Adrian has learnt to look beyond his own needs to help others and to acquire knowledge on the dynamics of teamwork.

For his outstanding academic performance, Adrian had received a Speech Day Award in 2005 and 2006 for topping the Normal Academic Stream for the Chinese Language. Adrian possesses an unflagging determination to excel in his academic pursuits and is very focused on working towards his personal goals. A systematic thinker and a well-organised worker, Adrian's positive attitude and drive for excellence will definitely make him an asset to any organisation that he joins.
